Refund policy

Returns & exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in its original condition, with original tags attached. Items worn, altered, damaged after delivery or missing original tags are not eligible for standard returns.

Return shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable for standard returns. If your item is incorrect or defective, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate next steps.

Refunds & exchanges

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Exchanges depend on availability.
